Kayla Howard, MSN, RN
Founder/Administrator/Nursing Consultant
Kayla began her journey in long term care 16 years ago as a nursing assistant. She has ten years of nursing experience, much of it being long term care. Kayla returned to school in 2017 and graduated with her masters in nursing leadership and administration in 2018. She is currently enrolled in the state of North Dakota's Administrator in Training Program, and will be a certified licensed administrator in 2021. She also enjoys teaching full time in the nursing programs at Rasmussen University. Additionally, she is enrolled in her Executive Leadership Doctoral Program in Nursing in which she graduates the end of 2022.
Jon Howard
Finance & Accounting Manager
With over 10 years of experience as an accountant, Jon brings a wealth of financial knowledge and insight to the table. His most recent role in the field has been as Senior Project Accountant and Controller. A few recent projects he has helped manage include: Sanford Hospital, Block 9 downtown Fargo, West Fargo Hockey Arena, and Dickinson Hospital. Jon is also an expert in several programs such as Excel and Quickbooks.
Amanda Pauna, BSN, RN
Behavioral Health, Animal, & Gardening Specialist
Amanda has been working as a nurse for over 15 years. Her experience includes mental health, acute care, and case management. She recently took on a role as the Fargo VA's Behavioral Outreach Nurse, a role that has her frequently interacting with individuals struggling with dementia. As well as caring for people, Amanda also pours her heart and soul into helping animals, and is an active member of her local Marshmallow Foundation.
Kristi Slette, PHN, MSN, RN
Clinical Services Director
Kristi has worked as a nurse for 22 years. She brings a variety of clinical experience to the team, including gastroenterology, nurse anesthesia, nursing management, case management, emergent, and home care. Kristi is passionate about the outdoors, animals, and caring for others.
Tammy Lopez, OTA
Community Outreach/Family Relations
Tammy has been serving in the health care industry in long term care for 38 years. Her experience includes 35 years of occupational therapy for the elderly. Tammy's most recent role has been as Community Liaison for a local hospice agency. In her role, she works as both an educator and advocate, and frequently gives presentations to senior living communities within the Fargo area.
